The Castelló City Council has agreed this Thursday at an extraordinary Local Government Meeting to reopen the Basilica de la Mare de Déu del Lledó. The municipal government has agreed to this reopening authorized by order SND / 414/2020 of May 16 on the flexibility measures established for phase 1 of the plan for the transition to a new normality, which came into force in Castelló last Monday.

Thus, the reopening to the public this Thursday of the Basilica de la Mare de Déu del Lledó is carried out in compliance with the provisions of article 9 of Order SND / 399/2020, of May 9, which establishes, among other things, that attendance does not exceed a third of the capacity, as well as compliance with a series of measures to guarantee protection and prevent the spread of covid-19. The schedule of the basilica will be from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition, information panels have been installed to comply with the measures.
